Requirements for this award:
A. Prerequisite: Competent Toastmaster/Communicator (CTM/CC) Award
B. Serve at least 6 months as a club officer (President, VP-Education, VP-Membership, VP-Public Relations, Secretary, Treasurer, or Sergeant at Arms). (1)
C. While a club officer, participate in the preparation of a Club Success Plan. (2)
D. While a club officer, participate in a District-sponsored club officer training program. (3)
E. Conduct two programs from The Successful Club or Leadership Excellence Series. (4-5)
